The opportunity to apply for the Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF) Scholarship Program 2024 is currently available until March 15, 2024, 5:00 PM. This scholarship program provides St. Lucian students with the chance to pursue a designated Master’s or Doctoral Degree program at one of the 21 Partner Universities affiliated with ICDF, commencing in September 2024.
